Information collected and how it is used

The site uses Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate website use, including pages viewed, general traffic sources, approximate location, device and browser information, and site interactions. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar identifiers. The firm uses this information to understand site performance and referral patterns, not to build advertising audiences or to send targeted advertising.
The site is configured not to enable Google signals or advertising-personalization signals. The firm does not configure Google Analytics to collect names, email addresses, telephone numbers, documents, or text entered into the consultation form. Please do not place personal or confidential information in a website URL.
If a visitor submits the consultation form, the site records that the form was submitted and, where selected, the form's predefined referral-source category. It does not send the visitor's name, contact information, or description of the matter to Google Analytics.
Google receives information from sites that use its services, including the page URL and IP address. Google explains its handling of that information in its information for sites and apps using Google services and its Privacy Policy.
Email and consultation inquiries
When a visitor submits the consultation form, the website sends the information entered in the form to the firm by email. The firm may use information voluntarily provided through the form or by email to evaluate whether a matter may fit the practice and to respond to the inquiry. Please do not send documents, attachments, or confidential information until the firm confirms engagement.
Information security and third parties
The firm uses reasonable measures appropriate to the nature of the information it handles. Google is an independent service provider, and its handling of information is governed by its own policies.
Your choices
You may manage or delete cookies through your browser settings. Google provides a Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
Access and correction requests
To ask about information you submitted in an email inquiry or to request a correction, contact the firm at the email address below. The firm will consider requests consistent with applicable law, professional obligations, and record-retention requirements.
California tracking disclosure
The site does not respond to browser Do Not Track signals. Google Analytics may collect information about online activity over time and across websites as described in Google's policies. The firm does not knowingly permit advertising networks or other third parties to collect information through the site for targeted advertising.
